Meeting times for the Fall semester will be Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. in Student Union building 409. You can reach us at our email, newpaltzqac@gmail.com for more information, or if you'd like to be added to the email list. We'll also be tabling at the Club and Involvement fair.
The rules of QAC meetings are:

1. Respect. Respect the space, each other, other's opinions and differing opinions.
2. Don't Ask, Do Tell. We'll never ask you sexual orientation or gender identity but if you want to tell us, feel free!
3. Meetings are safe spaces. What happens at the meeting stays at the meeting.

This website is updated frequently with what the E-Board is up to in the Blog as well as what will be happening at the meetings in the "Coming this Week" section. Please report any site errors to the e-board.

Our Mission

The purpose of Queer Action Coalition (QAC) is to educate and inform the LGBTQQIPPA (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, Polysexual, Pansexual, Asexual)  community and its allies in order to form a safe space. QAC also seeks to educate the students of SUNY New Paltz about LGBTQIPPAA issues. This includes planning activities and programs to inform, entertain, and involve club members and all students.
    The key focuses of QAC are to encourage respect, education, foster positive community, and engender goodwill.  We as a club exist to create safe spaces for all students to speak out against harassment, discrimination, and any other pertinent issues.
